Our Executive Director
Felicia Marston (she/her/hers) is driven by a deep passion for people and equity, and brings a personal and professional commitment to advancing opportunity, dignity, and access for all. Raised in an urban environment that underscored the power of resilience and community, she believes in treating every person first and foremost as a human being—worthy of respect, opportunity, and understanding.
Her mission is rooted in breaking down barriers through education and communication, creating access to knowledge and essential resources so that individuals can grow, thrive, and shape their own futures—while also being afforded the fundamental human right to eat. She has extensive experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly those facing homelessness, and has spent her career advocating for systems that are more inclusive, compassionate, and just.
